By Subway
Independent Line E, F, G, and R train to 71st and Continental Avenue Station (4th Express stop in Queens).
*Ideally, take the E or F. Be sure to ride in the front cars of the train.
When you are out of the subway, you will see taxis stationed across the street in front of the Vitamin Shop on Queens Blvd. Taxi fare from the subway is about $5.00.
If you choose to walk
Exit north side of Queens Blvd, near Ridgewood Bank. Walk along 108th Street until 67th Drive. Next, turn right on 67th Drive. Continue on 67th Drive for 2 blocks to 112th Street. Cross over 112th Street and enter the Forestdale grounds.

From Eastern Long Island
Grand Central Parkway West – turn off first exit after overhead sign “69 Road/Jewel Avenue” (Exit 11). Then bear right to exit reading 69th Road West. Follow traffic onto 69th Road that passes over Parkway Bridge. Continue up the hill to 112th Street (2nd traffic light). Turn right onto 112th Street and continue to 67th Drive (5 blocks = 1 block past stop sign). Entrance to the grounds is posted with a sign, “Forestdale.”

From Brooklyn
Interboro Parkway to Grand Central Parkway (follow signs to Triboro Bridge). Travel WEST on Grand Central Parkway to Exit 11, 69 Road/Jewel Avenue. Then bear right to exit reading 69 Road WEST. Follow traffic onto 69 Road, etc., as above.

From Manhattan
Grand Central Parkway (going EAST from Triboro Bridge) to Exit 11, 69 Road. Stay on service road of Parkway for 1 block to 68th Avenue. Turn right and proceed 1 block to 112th Street, turn right for half a block to “Forestdale” driveway entrance.

From Whitestone Bridge and points north
Take either Van Wyck or Grand Central Parkway Exit 11. First right. Follow 69th Road WEST across highway to 112th Street. Make right on 112th Street to 67th Drive. On the right-hand side of 112th Street and 67th Drive is the agency designated by the sign posted “Forestdale”.
